植物类黄酮物质合成中的氮素调控

摘 要:

类黄酮是一类广泛存在于植物中的次生代谢产物, 类黄酮物质的积累是由编码类黄酮物质的结构基因在转录因子或miRNA的调控下协同完成。氮素作为植物重要的营养元素可以影响类黄酮物质的合成。本文综述了氮素(含量/形态)对不同植物类黄酮物质合成的结构基因, 调控因子及物质积累的影响, 阐述了其可能的分子机制, 为今后利用氮素调控植物的类黄酮物质合成提供理论基础。

Abstract:

Flavonoids are a kind of secondary metabolic compounds widely existing in plant kingdom. They posses various physiological functions, such as antioxidant activity, antibacterial and anticancer potential. Flavonoids accumulations through coordinated expression of structural genes encoding flavonoids biosynthesis which regulated by transcription factor and miRNA. Nitrogen, as an essential macronutrient, has an important effect on the biosynthesis process of flavonoids. In this article, the influence of nitrogen supply and N forms on expression of flavonoid biosynthesis gene, transcription factors and content changes were reviewed. It provide theory base for regulation of flavonoid biosynthesis by nitrogen supply.
